*** NO SOLO TRAVELLER SUPPLEMENT *** Calling All Artists!

Join us on a fully escorted tour to the breathtaking Chatham Islands, hosted by renowned Chatham Island artist Lois Croon and New Zealand artist Jo Dalgety, who will lead our mixed media workshop.

Meet Our Hosts

**Lois Croon**

Lois’s art studio is nestled in the serene Admiral Gardens, amidst the stunning landscapes of Admiral Farm and Lake Marakapia. Combining her love of nature with her artistic talent, Lois creates unique Chatham Island-inspired paintings, jewellery, crafts, and her signature forget-me-not ceramics. You can admire many of her works adorning the walls of Hotel Chathams.

**Jo Dalgety**

Jo’s artwork uses layers of paper to represent our memories, history, and the essence of the land, perfectly capturing the spirit of the Chatham Island landscapes. Her work is rooted in a belief in the healing power of nature and the continuous cycle of life. Jo is a part of the Dornwell Studios artists’ collective and teaches watercolour at Browne School of Art. She has been a finalist in prestigious art awards, including the Walker & Hall Waiheke Art Award 2023 and the Molly Morpeth Canaday Art Award 2014. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Fine Arts at Whitecliffe College.

Enhance Your Creativity

Lois and Jo will be there to guide and inspire your creativity throughout the tour. Additionally, Lesley, a former watercolour artist turned photographer, will share her expertise on using leading lines to enhance your landscape art.
